A quality ceramic coating should last from 5-10 years, depending on the care and maintenance of your coated vehicle. Our annual maintenance rejuvenates the hydrophobic properties but ensures your warranty is valid through the manufacturer.

A ceramic coating has different properties compared to PPF. Ceramic gives your vehicle the mesmerizing hydrophobic water-beading but also protects your vehicle. It perfectly protects your vehicle from the damaging effects of UV rays from the sun, caustic paint etching from bird droppings, and light scratches from minor abrasion.
On the other hand, paint protection film is designed to protect your vehicle from larger impacts, such as rocks and debris, that could cause chipping.

This is a common misconception in our industry. A quality coating with 9H resistance does not prevent your vehicle from rock chips, only a quality protection film will provide that level of protection.

We highly recommend at least a ceramic coating for unprotected matte vehicles to protect the satin finish. For ultimate protection, pair a coating with our paint protection film to ensure that the finish is not tarnished from the abuse of the road.
